Website and Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to the Degory Heiden Practice Technology website and to either optional text-message program offered through its practice-fit form.

Website information

The website provides general product, workflow, and business-planning information for qualified professional practices. It is not medical, legal, regulatory, tax, or financial advice. Product availability, approved uses, clearance, training, territory, warranty, pricing, financing, and program terms must be confirmed in the current manufacturer materials and written quote.

Nothing on the website guarantees clinical, financial, or business results. You are responsible for professional licensing, supervision, scope-of-practice, patient safety, and purchasing decisions.

Optional non-marketing text messages

If you check the optional non-marketing box, you agree to receive texts from Degory Heiden about your inquiry, requested product information or quote updates, and demonstration scheduling or reminders.

Optional marketing text messages

If you check the separate optional marketing box, you agree to receive occasional marketing texts from Degory Heiden about practice technology, product demonstrations, services, and events.

Text-message terms that apply to either choice

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in either text-message program.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You represent that you control the mobile number provided and will notify Degory if that changes.

After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. You can make a new request later by submitting a new form with the applicable optional choice.

Privacy

Use of information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
